Introduction
Though music is my passion and I'm an aspiring film score composer, I love and pay attention to all aspects of film, from cinematography to foley and visual effects.
What do you do (or want to do) in film, TV, Internet, etc.?
I want to make music for films. I take the art seriously and I'm not out for the generic film score sound. I want to create a unique and memorable experience for the viewer.
What do you want out of this group? (i.e.: networking, collaborators, education, show-and-tell, presentations, etc.)?
I mainly seek networking. I want to demonstrate the power of an effective score over a generic one.
What is your favorite film/TV genre?
Overall, my favorite film is The Shawshank Redemption. It has a beautifully crafted story and a rich orchestral score.
