Hi. I'm Mustan. Pronounced as "mus tuhn." Originally from Maryland, just outside of D.C. After working for a few years in lab research, I refocused my passion towards filmmaking. Currently I work as a P.A., A.C., & sometimes as Script Supervisor.
I'm interested in directing & producing films, television, commercials, & webisodes. I'd love to have a production company in partnership with another producer/director type.
To network with others in the filmmaking communities, find possible collaborators, and education on the financing, marketing, and distribution aspects of filmmaking.

I really enjoyed hearing Kiyong Kim talk. I think it was very informative for not only writers, but all filmmakers. I'm currently developing an animated kid's show and especially found it useful when Kim mentioned the differences in writing for live action versus animation. In addition, his advice for pitching, breaking down scripts, and inspiring ideas were all great. Looking forward to the next meet-up event! Just a suggestion for future events - Maybe have a first time feature director as a guest speaker?
